I have been buying, selling and managing condominiums and homes on Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island since 1988.  From 1988 to 1995 I owned and operated a real estate management company, which served clients in the areas of community association management, rental property management and asset management.

During these years I served as director of the Sarasota/Manatee chapter of Building Managers International (BMI), also as President of the Siesta Key Condominium Council and also as a Director on the Siesta Key Association (SKA).

I have been licensed as a Community Association Manager and am currently a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a licensed Mortgage Broker.

My wife Opal and daughters, Katie and Victoria invite you to join us here in Sarasota on the beach. We love it here in Sarasota and shall always call it home. Having sold real estate in Sarasota for over 13 years, I have served clients from all over the world who have made Sarasota their home as well.
